Our stay in Muncie was decent. The room offered central heating, a television, and a writing desk. The location was marvelous, just minutes away from the main street and a college. Additionally, it was in a very peaceful area, with the stadium and restaurants only a short distance away.

The bed was comfortable.

The Internet service kept loosing connection.

The room felt clean but the remodel made it feel cheap and old. The staff was not friendly didn't care There were no lights on I'd have stayed someplace else if there were rooms available elsewhere that week end

The sign was not lit up so it looked like it was closed. The television only got three channels, there were paint slatters on the doors and trim, the toliet paper hardware was in a hole that was too large and fell out.

Comfortable and affordable room with great lighting.

The blankets on the bed was thin and very worn. Bathroom was not as clean as it could be.

Particularly good views, really enjoyed marvellous and decent setting.

The room was cheap, it had good wi-fi.

The pet-friendly hotel was great. Its location was perfect, near restaurants, main street Muncie, stores, and places to eat. - the property was located 3 miles from tourist attractions like Emens Auditorium.

Good value for the price.

It's not the Ritz-Carlton, but for the price is a good value.

Exit doors need to lock from outside increase security and safety and the minimum problem noise of door slam all night long people going outside to smoke.

The room was very nice and I'm so glad I could bring my dogs.

Everything about our stay was really nice and the gentleman at the front desk was super curtious, patient and helpful. It was very much appreciated

Whoever was in room before me had the alarm set for 630 am and I didn't know until it went off in the morning. Thankfully my 2 girls and I were already awake or this would've been really irritating. My suggestion is simply when the rooms are cleaned to have the maids just check the alarms to make sure they aren't set.

Location is good for a visit to Ball State University.

A/C unit was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. Room and bathroom could have been cleaner.
